It has long been recognised that AVCB's ability to increase its turnover is restricted by the current premises. To resolve this, AVE has invested in the purchase of The Mountain Gate, Tycroes which is currently being extended and refurbished to allow AVCB to realize its full potential.

The relocation to The Mountain Gate, leased by the company on purely commercial terms, will allow AVCB to offer additional services to include accommodation, conference and wedding facilities. It is projected that within three years of relocation, AVCB will be in a position to support AVE's social objectives whilst ensuring a highly professional service in all areas of its operation.
